terrace with outside dining area and barbecue,
overlooking pool and garden, with separate
covered pergola. |

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen provided (changed weekly).
Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer. The villa is
cleaned prior to your arrival, for 2 week stays
extra bedding and towels would be provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Bus services are limited and a car is essential. As this
is a developing area there is a possibility that
building work could be taking place. At this time there
is no work taking place within 200 yards of the
property.
The pool is 6ft deep with steps leading into it, with no
shallow end. This is our second home and we respectfully
request that you treat it as such, and leave it in the
same condition as you find it. Smoking is not permitted
inside the villa.
Airport transfers and a hire car can be
arranged and the car can be waiting at the villa for you

Fully enclosed property with lockable front gates. Large
private 8m pool, outside dining terrace and barbecue,
with chairs and sun beds. Secure parking for 2 cars on
the property.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches in Akbuk bay, 10 minutes drive from the
villa or there are 3 beaches in Altinkum which is a 30
minute drive. All beaches have been found to be clean
and safe with crystal clear water.
Travel
Bodrum is the nearest airport approx 50 minutes drive
from the villa. Izmir international airport is approx 1
hour 30 minutes drive from the villa.
DISTANCES
Akbuk village is about 5kms from the villa where there
are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Altinkum
resort is about 20kms from the villa, where you will be
spoilt for choice of restaurants, shops and
supermarkets.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 1 week
of booking, the remaining balance is due 9 weeks prior
to departure date. A refundable damage deposit is also
required of £100 at the time the balance is paid.
